About Us

Our mission is to ensure the process on every project runs smoothly for our client.  We will be proactive, offer assistance to the client and design team to ensure all projects are completed safely, in a timely manner, within budget and to the satisfaction of the client. 

 

Our business philosophy is based on the four pillars of professionalism, integrity, honesty and accuracy, this being underpinned by robust business methodology and embracement of latest technologies to run the business with utmost efficiency, thus delivering true value.

 

SF Projects is a Christchurch based, privately owned limited company and is primarily a project management company specialising in the commercial interiors market.  

 

Our formula is simple, we keep the business simple.  We will keep you informed of issues, this is part and parcel of project work, however we are a solutions provider first and foremost.

Our Team

Richard Hay
Initially trained as an Architectural Designer in the UK, and with experience in both Europe and the Middle East and for ten years now in New Zealand,  Richard has a calm analytical approach to business systems, together with a lateral thinking approach to problem solving with project cost minimalisation a primary target.

 

 

Kevin Beck

15 years experience as the Co-owner and operator of Festivé Limited, manufacturing food display cabinets for the domestic and international hospitality market.  In recent years, employed as a South Island Project Manager for New Zealand’s largest hospitality company working alongside clients to deliver results that were once only dreams.
